Lowell Rotary Sets Up College Scholarship
Elizabeth Ann (Dommer) [Betsy] Davidson, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022, after a long, brave battle with cancer and M.S. Betsy graduated from Lowell High School in 1990, then attended and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1994 with a degree in Business Management. She founded Addorio Technologies, LLC in 2000.
The Rotary Club of Lowell is establishing a college scholarship in memory of our club member and very dear friend, Betsy Davidson. This would be a 4-year renewable scholarship, valued at $1,000 per year. The scholarship would be available to students in or from the Lowell area.
Reaching this goal requires an $80,000 investment into our Rotary Club of Lowell Community Foundation. To date, the Club has raised more than $40,000 from its membership. We are asking and challenging Betsy's friends, neighbors, colleagues, relatives and the Lowell Community to match our fundraising efforts so Betsy’s memory can live forever.
