Public Image Grant programs

For the past several years D6290 has offered a matching grant program for clubs interested in implementing local public image programs. This grant is completely separate from the Rotary Foundation Grants that support local and international projects. There are no specific 'prerequisites' such as meeting an annual per-capita Foundation giving minimum.

D6290 Public Image grant opportunities have included smaller 'rebranding' grants, matching 1:1 up to $250 (total $500), for clubs wishing to update banners, signage, brochures. We have also offered larger grants (Club $500 / District $750) for those implementing larger projects, often joining forces to collaborate with neighboring clubs. In all situations this grant has never been intended to promote a specific event / program. They are for broader awareness initiatives that tell the Rotary story in our local communities.

Our leadership team is currently evaluating options for the 2018 / 2019 year. We will communicate details of the program via the website, Facebook, newsletter and direct communication to Club President's and Club Public Image Chairs. If you have a specific need, interest or suggestion please contact your D6290 Public Image Coordinator directly.
