As part of the Rotary International Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program, our Life Leadership Conference (LLC) helps you enhance your already awesome leadership capabilities. If you are in high school as an outstanding student leader and/or a community leader with a strong service background, and you want to:

  • Improve your conflict management, problem solving, and negotiation skills

If selected, you will have the opportunity to discuss leadership, service and career opportunities and to exchange ideas about current ethical and social issues with knowledgeable facilitators, who are local and regional leaders.


 

Our Life Leadership Conference has impacted more than 7,000 youth leaders since its creation in 1949.
